Manufacturing and Aggregate Resources
Palmer Paving operates both batch and drum mix plant facilities. This allows us to service not only our daily mix customers but provides us with a secure material source for all our paving projects.
Palmer Paving was one of the first to integrate 100% recycled asphalt into the manufacturing operations. Depending on the project, we integrate recycled asphalt back into the mix to produce a superior and environmentally friendly product.
Sand and gravel crushing operations take place at our Palmer facility.
Excavation and Site Work
A good part of our work involves major excavation and site project management. We are prepared with the right equipment and manpower to operate effectively and efficiently. We work closely with development companies and engineering firms to complete the site work.Heavy Highway & Road Construction
