For over 10 years, Palmer Paving has actively participated in this national program which assesses HMA manufacturing facilities on six essential facets of our plant/site: 

appearance, operations, environmental practices,     permitting and regulatory compliance, safety and     community relations. This commendation exemplifies the company’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement of itsHMA facilities.

 

CIM Man of the Year:
Our Founder, Charles M. Callahan Jr. was awarded Construction Industries of Massachusetts Man of the YEAR award for his noteworthy leadership and never-ending contributions and service to the industry. Charlie's enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and constant participation in industry issues made him a memorable force.
NAPA Distinguished Service Award:
David J. Callahan
For his service as state director to the National Asphalt Pavement Association.  Dave has also served as Chairman of CIM (Construction Industries of Massachusetts) and MAAPA (Massachusetts Aggregate and Asphalt Producers Association (2 Terms).
